Terms of use

These terms apply to the Reborn Hunter game (PC and Android), to the rebornhunter.com.br website and to our Discord. By creating an account, playing or donating, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Who we are

Reborn Hunter is an independent, community-made project that keeps a Cyber Hunter server alive. We are not NetEase and have no partnership, sponsorship or authorisation from it. The Cyber Hunter name, trademarks, characters, models and other original game content belong to their owners; we claim nothing over them.

Playing is free. The project may be shut down if the rights holders ask.

2. Account and access

  • Accounts can be created in the game or on the website. Pick a password of your own that you use nowhere else.
  • Accounts are personal: do not lend, sell or buy accounts. Traded accounts may be blocked.
  • Nobody on the team will ever ask for your password, on Discord, in the game or by message. Whoever asks is trying to take your account.
  • Your first login from the game records a device identifier, used to protect the account and to enforce bans.
  • If you are under 18, use the service with a parent or guardian’s knowledge. Donations must be made by them or with their permission.

3. Fair play

Not allowed: programs, macros or modifications that give an advantage; deliberately exploiting bugs; attacking or overloading the server; scams; insulting, discriminating against or harassing other players; impersonating the team.

To keep matches fair, the server records match data (positions, shots, hits and replays) and may review it. Depending on how serious it is, the team may warn, mute, suspend or ban the account, the connection address or the device. A ban for cheating gives no right to have donations returned.

4. Moeda V, Créditos and items

  • Moeda V is earned by playing (matches, Mata-mata and missions) and buys skins up to Extraordinary rarity.
  • Créditos come from donations and buy any skin in the shop, Legendary and Crown included.
  • Moeda V, Créditos, skins and other items are virtual: they exist only inside Reborn Hunter, are tied to the account, have no cash value, cannot be redeemed and cannot be sold or transferred outside the game.
  • Prices, rewards, daily limits and items may change in updates to keep the game balanced. A general economy reset is announced beforehand on the website and on Discord.

5. Donations

  • Donating is optional: nothing you need to play is paid. Donations pay for the dedicated server, bandwidth, the domain and maintenance time.
  • You can only donate while signed in on the website. A donation becomes Créditos on the account, at the rate and with the bonuses stated on the donation page.
  • PIX is processed by Mercado Pago and cards by Stripe. We never receive or store card numbers or bank details.
  • Créditos arrive automatically once the payment is confirmed. If the game server is offline, they arrive when it is back. If they do not show up, contact the team on Discord with the time of the donation.
  • The supporters ranking shows only the position and the name of those who chose to appear, never any amount.

6. Refunds and disputes

Since Créditos are delivered at once, a donation that has been credited is not refunded, except for a delivery error on our side or where the law requires it.

If something went wrong, talk to the team before going to your bank. A dispute (chargeback) or reversal of a credited donation may lead to the account being blocked and to the removal of what was obtained with those Créditos.

7. Your data

We keep the minimum needed for the game and the website to work and to protect accounts:

  • login and password (the password is stored hashed, never in plain text);
  • character, progress, balances, items and match history;
  • donations (date, amount, payment method and status), to credit them and to help you;
  • connection address and device identifier, for security, attempt limits and bans.

We do not sell or hand this data to anyone. Payments follow the policies of Mercado Pago and Stripe. To ask for your account to be deleted, contact the team on Discord.

8. What is public

Your character name, level, statistics and ranking positions appear on the website and in the game. A face code (RH-XXXX-XXXX) can be opened by anyone who has it. Match replays can be watched by other players.

9. Availability

The service is provided as is. We work to keep it stable, but maintenance, outages, bugs, data loss and resets can happen. We are not liable for losses caused by them or by other players’ behaviour.

10. Suspension and termination

The team may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. The project itself may end at any time; if it does, we will announce it on the website and on Discord whenever possible.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. The date at the top shows the version in force, and important changes are announced on the website and on Discord. Using the service after that means you accept the new version.
